to Meredith's New Orleans Cuisine, the home of some of New Orleans'
best dishes prepared and served right here in your back yard.
For decades New Orleans and the French Quarter have been known for three
things....good food, good music and good people. We have done our best
to bring the tastes, sites and sounds of the 'Big Easy' home to New
Jersey so you can experience first hand, all the things that caused me
to fall in love with 'Nawlins' and call it my second home. We pride
ourselves in providing nothing but the freshest available ingredients,
much of which is sourced from farmers local to Middlesex County and
straight from the Gulf of Mexico, just a few miles off the coast of the
Crescent City.
So get in that New Orleans state of mind....sit down, relax and enjoy
the best Cajun and Creole dishes that New Jersey has to offer. Soak in
the atmosphere, enjoy the music and if there is anything we can do to
make your meal more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to ask.
